The Library of Celsus is a beautiful ancient building located in Ephesus, Turkey. Built-in the 2nd century AD by Roman Senator Tiberius Julius Celsus Polemaeanus, it held 12,000 scrolls and was known for its ornate facade with reliefs of Greek mythology. The three-story marble building is a popular tourist attraction and a well-preserved example of Roman architecture. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
